Yes, it should read appeals. Sorry for missing out the 's' at the end!

I think either way, this is appeals with ´s´ Either 1) it is the plural of appeal
Or 2) it is the active singular of the verb to appeal
Your list then reads:
Appeals
Acquitted/found not guilty
Pronounced (referring presumably to judgment)
