If the Customer is a businessman and if the business relations in dispute are due to the operation of his commercial enterprise, the Bank may take legal proceedings against this Customer at the court with jurisdiction for the branch managing the account or at another court with jurisdiction; the same applies to a legal entity under public law and to special funds under public law. The Bank itself may only be sued by this Customer at the court with jurisdiction for the branch managing the account.
