pensavo di tradurre " motivare le persone in azienda a dare il meglio di se" oppure "far si che i dipendenti diano il meglio di se"
però non sono molto convinto, alcun suggerimento?

Dubito che "lift" possa essere interpretato come "motivare". Al massimo "tirare su" il morale, ma dovrebbe presupporre che siano tutti depressi e abbiano bisogno di essere sollevati.

Meglio "far crescere" o "far salire".
