When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

I used your previous questions to find context and -ІШ- prompted me to search for skin infections, П most probably standing for subcutaneous. Б looked like bacterial, I was hesitating whether Г could be "гострий" or "гніний". С at the end was puzzling. Then I decided to search for English term that probably was the source for this abbreviation (you are obviously doing a back-translation, this is not a natural Ukrainian abbreviation - it was previously translated from English). And found a bunch of links for ABSSSI, particularly this:
