English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

- upon the request of one of the parties to an Existing Dispute or a Related Dispute, or a Party or a party to any of the Transaction Documents, Project Documents or Finance Documents which itself wishes to be joined in any reference to arbitration proceedings in relation to any Dispute, the Arbitral Tribunal may join any party to this Agreement or any of the Transaction Documents, Project Documents or Finance Documents to any reference to arbitration proceedings in relation to that Dispute and may make a single, final award determining all disputes between them.

Each of the Parties consents to be joined to any reference to arbitration proceedings in relation to any Dispute at the request of a party to that Dispute, and to accept joinder of a party requesting to be joined pursuant to this paragraph (h);
