В научно-популярной передаче упоминаются кофейные клизмы (при лечении рака с помощью ферментной терапии).

You brew the coffee and once it cools you have to put black molasses in the coffee, stir that up and let it get cool and there's a certain amount that you have to use.

Я правильно понимаю, что black molasses это патока?
Никогда не слышал, чтобы в кофейные клизмы добавляли патоку?

Да, черная патока - это натуральный сахар. Его видимо и добавляют в кофе.
