Я работаю над "press release" о российской спутниковой телекомпании НТВ ПЛЮС, и столкнулась с незнакомым термином. Мой перевод меня не устраивает:

Thanks Damir! Actually, "as part of" is widely used in American English. If you google the phrase you'll get 455 MILLION hits. But for other audiences you are quite correct - the more formal "as a part of" would be necessary.
