terms in TM does not appear in concordance search, possible? Trados 2019

Hello,

I am using Trados 2019.

I had a term extraction task. I was given TMX and converted it to TM.

When checking through terms via Concordance search, some terms did not come up, so I marked them as "Not in TM". But it came back to me with screenshots of TM search from TM tab.

With some terms it looks OK, but sporadic. So, it is not reliable.

Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

...it doesn't work. I am using Trados 2021 Professional.
So again, this software isn't worth the money. I am working on a big project and one of the basic features of the software isn't working.
Disaster.
