However, you may not be able to install it, because the installer attempts install .NET 1.1, and it always fails to do so (error 1603, which is Microsoft-speek for "could not install .NET, and we don't know why"), and then the Idiom installer exits, even if you have that very same version of .NET already installed on your computer.
I have been unable to hack the installer to remove that requirement from it, but perhaps someone else has more luck.

Sorry for late reply. I managed to download from another link given by my friend. I encountered troublesome .NET 1.1 installation, too. Nevertheless, I did install it successfully upon setting its compatibility to Windows XP Service Pack 2, after the a whole day. Hope anyone having the same problem may resolve in time for their tight deadlines.

In short: Set the Idiom installer to compatibility with Windows XP (right-click > Properties > Compatibility), run the clean up tool and install Idiom.
