Finally: A Trados Job Calculator for Mac!

With great help from experienced forum members, I managed to create a macro that uses the analysis report in a selected Trados SDLPPX package on your Desktop and calculates your fee:

The next version will offer:

  • Appropriate error message when an SDLPPX package doesn't contain a report.
  • A screenshot feature to create a nice Analysis.png file on your Desktop.
  • The file Word_Rates.txt will contain an additional (first) column that contains client names: easier for you to select the appropriate rating table.


ETA is next weekend.
