Alyssa proved to be an extremely versatile member of the Yandex team, taking on roles of RU to EN translator, editor, copywriter, and linguist. Her position was very demanding, requiring her to switch subject matter 5-10 times per day, going from translating UI of our mobile apps, to authoring website copy and newsletters, to translating very complex Direct (contextual advertising system) user documentation. Organised and diligent, she was very quick to learn new subject matter, as well as systems and software that were unfamiliar to her when she first started at Yandex.
