English to Italian: Excerpt from "Mindfulness for Children"
Source text - English
Do children need mindfulness?
(…) The current era for children is a particularly challenging one. And the research shows that they are feeling the stress. The age at which a person first experiences depression or anxiety is decreasing; the figures for children with eating disorders are worryingly high and approximately 50 per cent of mental health problems are established by the age of 14. Recent research showed that a quarter of girls aged 11-14 are depressed. I was on playground duty at one of my schools recently and noticed a trio of girls who were stretching and exercising against the window of their classroom. I stopped to join in and find out what they were up to. It all started out positively, ‘We’re exercising.’ It then took an alarming turn, ‘We have to exercise. Look, I’m fat. I need to lose weight,’ shouted one as she pointed to her flat stomach. The girls were six years old. This same scenario is being played out at other schools as I hear similar stories from other teacher friends. Children are becoming concerned about their body image at an age when they’re not even able to spell the words. Children are also now dealing with greater competition than ever before. The testing culture begins early and even though most thoughtful schools will not make a big deal of SATs tests, the children are aware of the pressure their teachers are under. There are entrance exams to sit for secondary schools, exams to decide on which set a child will be placed in, and so on, and hands down, the thing that comes up as the biggest stress for children, is exams and tests.

What is this? Various methods have been suggested for the diagnosis of COVID-19, including the use of lung ultrasound.
In this rapid review, the authors searched for case series and observational studies on the frequency of abnormalities detected by lung ultrasound in adult COVID-19 patients. They did not restrict their search by date and did the search on 22 April 2020. They included 6 observational studies and 1 case series (total: 122 patients). They assessed the included studies as moderate or unclear risk of bias, and noted that they were unable to rule out publication bias.
What was found: At the time of this review, the included studies showed that the most common finding on lung ultrasound for COVID-19 was evidence of interstitial lung involvement as depicted by the B-pattern, which was consistently found in a high proportion of patients.
At the time of this review, the included studies showed that other abnormalities such as pleural line abnormalities, pleural thickening and consolidations were highly variable across studies.
At the time of this review, the included studies showed that pleural effusion was found infrequently.

What is this? Some patients with COVID-19 develop psychiatric and neuropsychiatric problems.
In this rapid review, the authors searched for studies on the psychiatric presentations of patients infected with a coronavirus (SARS, MERS and SARS-CoV-2). They restricted their searches to articles and preprints published in English and did the most recent search on 10 April 2020. They included 72 studies (total: 3559 coronavirus cases).
What was found: At the time of this review, the included studies showed that signs suggestive of delirium are common in the acute stage of SARS, MERS and COVID-19.
At the time of this review, the included studies showed the possibility of depression, anxiety, fatigue, post-traumatic stress disorder and rare neuropsychiatric syndromes in the long term for patients infected with a coronavirus.
