Source text - English Glycans are characteristic components of milk, and each species has unique patterns of specific carbohydrates. Human milk is unusually rich in glycans, with the major components being lactose and oligosaccharides, representing approximately 6.8% and 1% of the milk, respectively. Other sources of glycans in human milk include monosaccharides, mucins, glycosaminoglycans, glycoproteins, glycopeptides, and glycolipids. In human milk, the presence and patterns of these glycans vary depending upon the stage of lactation and the maternal genes and their genetic polymorphisms that control glycosyl transferases. The synthesis of milk glycans utilizes a significant portion of the metabolic energy that the mother expends when producing her milk, but other than lactose, these glycans contribute little to the nutritional needs of the infant.

Translation - English Italy’s Carolina Kostner is one of the most controversial skaters in modern figure skating. Arguably, only Patrick Chan from Canada simultaneously has more ardent fans and equally vocal critics of his talent. The fans call Kostner figure skating genius and admire her phenomenal basic skating skills as well as originality of her choreography and its level of details; the critics point out that her jump repertoire is rather limited (for a while she had not even attempted either triple flip or triple Lutz) and that she is widely inconsistent, calling her one of the most overrated skaters of today. One thing is certain, though: the 2012 World Champion leaves no one cold.

Volunteers play a primary role in the successful delivery of a Major Tournament. As such it is imperative that Volunteers are properly recruited, trained and briefed on their roles. Volunteers can very often make or break the success of a Tournament and will be the primary contact for International Teams and Visitors.
Volunteer management will be split into three categories:
1/ Liaison Officers- who will be managed through Team Services managers to the Tournament Manager.
2/ Ball Boys- who will be managed through the Ball Boys Officers through the Deputy Venue Controllers to the Tournament Manager
3/ Other volunteers- who will be managed through the Volunteers Officer to the Tournament Manager.

Волонтеры играют ключевую роль в успешном проведении любого крупного турнира. Поэтому очень важно, чтобы волонтеры были правильно подобраны, обучены и проинструктированы о своих обязанностях. Зачастую именно от волонтеров зависит успешная или неудачная организация турнира. Кроме того, они являются основными контактными лицами для представителей команд и гостей.
Работа с волонтерами подразделяется на три категории:

Source text - Russian Клеточная стенка A.lobatus BKM Ac-766Т содержит 0,5% фосфора органических соединений. Пептидогликан характеризуется обычным для актиноплан составом аминокислот Glu, Ala, Gly. Диаминопимелиновая кислота представлена тремя изомерами: мезо- (преобладающий), 3-гидрокси- и LL- (минорный). В гидролизатах клеточной стенки (2М HCl, 100°C, 3 ч) выявлены глюкоза (преобладающий моносахарид),
галактоза, манноза, глицерин и большое количество нингидрин положительных соединений. При обработке клеточной стенки 10% ТХУ (три последовательные 24 час экстракции, 4°C) получены идентичные по составу препараты полимеров клеточной стенки.
Translation - English Cell wall of A.lobatus BKM Ac-766Т contains 0.5% of phosphoorganic compounds. Its peptidoglycan is characterised by amino acids composition typical for an actinoplan: Glu, Ala, Gly. Diaminopimelic acid is present as three isomers: meso- (predominant), 3-hydroxy- and LL- (minor). Cell wall hydrolizates (2М HCl, 100°C, 3 hours) contain glucose as predominant monosaccharide, as well, as galactose, mannose, glycerin and numerous ninhydrin-positive compounds. Treatment of cell wall with 10% TCA (three subsequent extractions, 24 hours, 4°C) resulted in cell wall preparations of identical composition.
