Dispute as to the location of a mining claim
This phrase is used in a judgment handed down by a Chilean court in a lawsuit involving a mining claim. One of the parties says that the claim of the other party overlaps with its. Would this be translated as "Certificate of Location" or "Certificate of Measurement". Agrimensura means a land survey, but I'm not sure if this is appropriate. The paragraph in which this term first appears reads: "Funda la demanda en que con los documentos que se acompañana, se acredita que ..... es duena de la pertencia minera denominada ......, cuya acta de mensura y aprobación judicial se encuentra inascrita a fojas ..."
