lijke, kan de bedoelde toelaatbare belasting gemakkelijk worden over-
schreden en moet derhalve de steiger zwaarder worden uitgevoerd (zie hoofdstuk 5).

wheel barrow

A japanner is a two wheeled wheel barrow used on Dutch building sites. The two wheels offer extra stability when transporting heavier loads. I do not recall ever seeing a japanner in the UK, so I would know it as a wheel barrow.
