'Wnioskowanie przyczynowo – skutkowe jest bardzo dobrym narzędziem do analizy firmy. Niestety, stosowane jest bardzo rzadko. Większość menedżerów zajmuje się gaszeniem pożarów. Jak im zapobiegać?
