zooming
Sounds like photograph editing. Rapprocher is to bring closer. So in this context it could be to zoom in on the babies digitally.
Example sentence:
Zooming refers to increase the quantity of pixels, so that when you zoom an image, you will see more detail.

: that's only ONE possible meaning, BUT that would be covered by "croping" BTW there is no fixed "size" (on paper or on screen) when you publish a picture, so "zooming" would be the unavoidable result of "cropping" if you fill the same space.

Discussion
The kind of possible trickery / deliberately misleading editing of the whole context in which the picture is presented is endless, so it does sound like a dangerous clause.
So "rapprochement" wouldn't be about the picture itself, but about the way it's used in some specific context.
