The introduction of مخصصة لمناقشة شؤون in this sentence may offend translation purists, and I fully understand that. The fewer words one can introduce into the target text the better. If you feel you need to trim some of this fat off, try
مأدبة فطور لمناقشة شؤون الأعمال والتنوع البـيولوجي
or
مأدبة فطور لشؤون الأعمال والتنوع البـيولوجي
or
مأدبة فطور للأعمال والتنوع البـيولوجي
