English to Arabic: Marketing, Selling and Re-Sale Agreement
Source text - English (C) Second Party wishes to appoint a professional company for the marketing, the promotion, the selling and re-sale of the Project,
(D) First Party has submitted to the Second Party a proposal comprising the scope of work including the detailed obligations and duties of the Parties; the Scope of Work of the Project is herewith attached in Annex 1 which constitutes an integral part of the present Agreement,
(E) Second Party has accepted the proposal and the Scope of Work provided by the First Party and agreed to appoint the First Party on an exclusive basis to promote and sell and resell the Project as per the conditions of the present Marketing, Selling and Re-Sale Agreement (“The Agreement”);
(F) The Parties have agreed, each one in its own experience and expertise, to enter into the Agreement to formally record the terms of their agreement.
