liz askew Feb 23, 2010: Well, yes Gloria. I would be prepared to argue the point with the client. If I am ever questioned on my terminology, I always supply the client with a plethora of references to back up my term!! I must drive them mad:) Medical terminology is not to be messed with:)
Gloria Rivera Feb 23, 2010: I agree with Liz Translating means conveying the same meaning from one language to another. If clients were qualified to do translations, they would not hire someone. Picking a term based on client´s preference makes no sense to me.

Gloria Rivera Feb 18, 2010: Pincer grasp Is a developmental milestone normally seen in babies between 9-12months. It means that they are able to pick up small objects between his/her thumb and forefinger.
