Help with phrase

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Marketing Puerto Rico
This appears in a series of e-mails from the sales department of a company. The general theme here is that the company's prices are too high and they are getting pushed out by the competition. The sentence before gives some details about prices - that the competitions' are much lower.

"**Ellos estan implementando con [Company] y quien indica el cliente que nos recomendo con bombos y platillos.** Lo que me preocupa es que esto pueda ser un inicio del fin de nuestros negocios con [Company] por estar tan caros comparativamente."

I'm only lost on the first phrase there. I am starting to think that it is just badly written. A little help please!

Badly written phrase!

Uuuf! :(

Yes, this is a typical badly written email, that's for sure! I can see your predicament.

What I make of it, is this:

(Sure, like us,) they're with (Company), and are telling their customers that we also recommend them (the Company) with flying colours. The bottom line here though, is that this could actually be the beginning of the end of our business with (Company), based on the fact that they're so comparatively expensive.

That's my take on it.

Hope this helps! :)

PS: Hope it's not a big email!!

They are going with (leaning towards)__, even though the customer speaks very highly of us...

this is more "lamens" terms, but I think that this might be the general feel. Good luck!

agree neilmac : Layman's terms. The original is so bad, one wonders how these people hold down a job.
