Definition for evisceration: (Special Note: Gutting is usually only used for "field dressing" an animal such as a deer-because the animal is too heavy for you to carry back to the vehicule by yourself when you have gone hunting, etc............)

- disembowel somebody: to remove the internal organs or entrails of a person or an animal
- remove important part of something: to remove an essential part of something and so weaken it
- remove contents of organ: to remove the contents of the eyeball or another organ or body cavity

I see that paunch (content) removal is another step in the process... All three operations exist (fat removal, disembowelment and paunch removal) so I´m unclear as to which it is.
