This is how I would say it. I don't think it's Religious Science, because that refers to a specific religious denomination.

: (1) We don't use 'dissertation' for the master's degree'; (2) Religious Science is a denomination; (3) thesis for master's degree in RS (degree is in RS, not thesis)
