One technique for dealing with aneurysms in the brain is to fill them with coils. There is a risk of "coiler som presser ut eller forskyves". I am not sure how to translate 'presser ut' apart from 'press out'. Is there a better way?

My suggestion for use in that phrase. If your text says anything about coil penetration of the vessel, then it is more than "open up" and would be pressing out or pressing through
