What the readiness means? When the customer pays, he receives access to the online sex site and he can pick a female model he likes nad wants to see naked. So he can choose a model and the see her rates, what she will show and for how much. The customer then can set a time when he is comfortable to see the "event and the performance". (which is comfortable to him). The model INITIALLY shall set a time of the performence and, if anyone requests her during this period, she cannot refuse. This is the same system how we set our calendars on the ProZ.com but we have no obligation to perform during our day, we just indicate for the visitors that we are free.
To ensure the continuous work of the site, the site pays a certain base amount to the models for readiness period. However, to ensure the models are not cheating the cistomers, a clear rule was set: in case of 2 total complaints if proven that the model not fulfilled her obligations, she might receive a fine/deduction from monthly amount etc.
