Hebrew term

"זנב" טרופונין

Hebrew to English Medical Medical: Cardiology Hospitalization report
The sentence is: נראה "זנב" טרופונין מאשפוז קודם.
I'm guessing they mean residual troponin, but I'm not sure.
Any help will be appreciated :)

troponin tail

I would be surprised if "זנב" were used for residue (and "residual troponin" is far more common than "troponin residue").

However, there is what appears to be a more precise English-language term: "troponin tail" (see reference).

Hm. There seems to be some literature about changing tail length. Mainly, though, I'm not at all accustomed to seeing "זנב" used this way. (Are you?)
Note from asker:
It does make more sense to use the English term for the part of the protein that is called the "tail", but the rest of the sentence says that this is from the previous hospitalization, so I don't think they are referring the the actual tail of the troponin.
Neither am I, but they did write the word זנב with quotation marks in the source as well, that's another reason why I think they might not be referring to the actual tail. Quite confusing...
