"Vordruckalben

One more question for now. I know "Nachtrag" is generally translated as "supplement", but I'd like to know whether stamp collectors say "supplement" or use some other term in this particular context. So any philatelists out there, please respond! Many thanks once more for any assistance you can provide.

Supplement

This seems to be the term.
White Ace Stamp Albums are designed to grow with your collecting interests. Supplements are published annually, and back year packages are always available. This makes it possible to start a new area of collecting with any chosen recent year, and to keep your collection up to date year after year. Pages are loose leaf style, and are punched to fit a standard three ring binder.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thank you both for convincing answers, guys. It wasn't that easy to choose a winner here, I have to say! But looking carefully at my text, the "Nachträge" seem to be additional pages for the album as opposed to the actual stamps, so I guess "supplement" is indeed the way to go. Thank you both again for your assistance."

re-issue

If the source means the stamps themselves, then:

A later official issue of an original stamp- will never achieve the value of the first issue and often has recognisable differences (to the expert eye.
