Anus praeter is an alternative term for enterostoma (check by googling both). In English, this is enterostomy.
According to LEO (dict.leo.org)"endstaendig means that only the colon part coming from the stomach is connected to the bodysurface, whioch means that the rst of the colon can be removed and closed at the anus, used in cancer ops etc, not for temporary measures where both parts of the colon are connected to the bodysurface, to make an op on the colon possible, this is reversable so that the patient can lead a normal life thereafter (that is without bags)."
In English there are different terms for different versions of the op:ileostomy, colostomy, caecostomy - the first ref below might help clear up which matches endstaendig.
However, if endstaendig simply means end rather than loop, then end stoma is all you need. See ref 2 below

: This actually sounds like a permanent colostomy .... possibly accompanied by a procedure such as hemicolectomy to remove damaged colonic tissue resulting from ischæmia.
