I would be surprised if this isn't the same in English but I would like to know what it is. I did find VES was 'ventricular extrasystoles' but couldn't track down ERBS.

Erregungsrückbildungsstörung
Erregungsrückbildungsstörung kard Störung der Repolarisation des Herzmuskels (EKG: Änderung der - Erregungsrückbildungsschwankung = T-Zacke, u. zwar T-Abflachung oder -Negativierung, ST-Hebung oder -Senkung). Als sekundäre E. nach Störung der Erregungsausbreitung (z.B. Schenkelblock, Extrasystole), als primäre durch verschiedenste Einflüsse auf das Myokard (physiologische, metabolische, hämodynamische, extrakardiale Faktoren; z.B. körperliche Belastung, Fieber, Azidose, Alkalose, Hypoxie, Digitalis, Hormone etc.); s.a. Herzrhythmusstörung (Tab.), S-T-Strecke. (E) disturbance of repolarization.
