light

In my trade (Air Conditioning), we use Light for building either having light structural weight (e.g. smaller buildings) or building having low to fair amount of activity going on inside (a restaurant would be a heavy one in that sense) that means the number of occupants is lower than a certain level and you wouldn't be needing too much ventilation or illumination (all of these are defined in standards)
