English to Indonesian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Insurance taken out by MLD;

a. professional errors and omissions liability insurance –- in an amount not less than $ 1,000,000.00 in the aggregate and such insurance shall be maintained for the duration of the Agreement Time;
b. automobile liability insurance covering all licensed motor vehicles owned or leased by the EPCM Company having a limit of not less than $ 100,000.00 inclusive per accident for bodily injury, death and damage to property.”
