Excerpt from contract:

"Producer may transfer and assign this agreement or all or any of its rights or privileges hereunder to any entity or individual without restriction. This release shall be binding on all of my successors-in-interest and heirs."

retsefterfølger eller efterfølgende ejer

"Successor in title" is really a variation on "Successor in interest," which is more commonly used in the US legal system.
In Anglo-American law, a "title" both refers to proof of an "interest" in property and also means the right to complete control over the property.
