A Dutch text regarding electric power generation and the a) Autoriteit Consument en Markt (Dutch Consumer and Market Authority) b) Netcode elektriciteit (Dutch Netcode Electricity) and c) the Elektriciteitswet 1998 (Dutch Electricity Act 1998).
"Aangeslotene" was prevciously defined as "Connected Party" or "Connected Parties", which refers to users that are connected to the energy grid or national high-voltage network, including sub-grids. I am unable to find a definition for the abbreviation CG, which is sensible in the context. A translation of the term as CG-Connected Party seems iffy.
