Dutch term
persoonsvennootschap
Dutch to English
Bus/Financial
Business/Commerce (general)
types of business organisation
Context: a NL bank requires a KvK uittreksel for 'elke tussenliggende rechtspersoon/persoonsvennootschap' between a BV and the ultimate beneficial owner.
In Belgium you can have an 'een-persoonsvennootschap' which is a kind of BV set up by only one person, but here it doesn't say 'een-'. Any ideas? Thanks!

: Judging from this I'd use (legal) partnerships (plural) to cover all possibilities http://www.kvk.nl/artikel/artikel.asp?artikelID=39194&Sectie...

Comment: "Thanks Alexander and Harry!
On the whole I decided in this document it probably is a variation of personenvennootschap, and the KvK website more or less defines that word as encompassing the forms maatschap, vof and cv. "

limited partnership
In Belgium for instance, 95% of the "Persoonsvennotschappen" are limited societies. Therefore I would add this term.
