In most cases "daňový doklad" will be an invoice (or a receipt), but Czech law does not recognize the term "faktura". You could leave it out and just use "invoice" here.

("faktura" meaning "invoice"). Daňový doklad is usually translated literally as "tax document" in English legal translations for the sake of consistency, because it appears in so many laws.
