neutral  Jana Zajicova: S tím bych byla opatrná - výraz "obmyšlený" jsem nikdy neviděla jinde než v pojišťovnictví a u svěřenských fondů. O první možnost zde patrně nejde, a pokud jde o tu druhou, nic v otázce nenaznačuje, že by se nutně mělo jednat o správu cizího majetku.
