limited representative authority Explanation: Compare a cessate grante of probate in E&W and that is limited in time and a Vertretungsbefugnis or 'Prokura' in German that is a limited authority for a managing clerk to sign, rather than a comprehensive Power of Attorney. Attribute may not be the right word, rather authority or status. An attribute of a gestor in Spain - from my experience pre-gestoras era - would be a male of short stature carrying a number of files and folders. Example sentence(s):
