French term

bénéficiaire de rétrocession

French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
Hello, everyone! I was hoping someone could tell me the equivalent of « bénéficiaire de rétrocession » in EN-GB.

Here's the context:

« Le bénéficiaire de rétrocession doit respecter tous les engagements et les obligations pris au titre de la convention de rétrocession et s’assurer du respect de ces engagements et obligations par le(s) partenaire(s) local(aux), bénéficiaire(s) de rétrocession de second de niveau. »

Thank you for your time!

Best regards,
M.

specific context (the source sentence or paragraph where the term occurs)
any reference URLs, translations you are considering, etc.

Asker There are several meanings for "retrocession" - we need to know more about this contract please. Who are the parties? What are they agreeing to? The more you can tell us, the easier it will be to help you
philgoddard Jul 3, 2022:
Yes, we need the full context, please I would expect the sentence(s) immediately before this to be helpful. I don't think it's reinsurance.
Adrian MM. Jul 3, 2022:
@ asker - more context needed re financing of what and local partners of what kind of 'retrocession': reinsurance retrocession, sell-down, reverse factoring, *end-transfer/ee* of a highway development project or even a royalty commission 'split'.

I wasn't able to access this link from the computer I'm on right now. But from the excerpt I saw on google, that seems to have been taken from the page in question, it might help. Hope you have better luck with it than I did: https://www.wordscope.com/personnes bénéficiaires finals en ...
