a shut-off valve

Explanation:
The operation or functioning of the connector screw is with an electric drill and a shut-off valve, number 17, with a fixed key or a ratchet spanner.

"Shut-off valves are designed to safely stop the flow of hazardous liquids and external gases."

"A ratchet spanner is a tool with a circular head or a ring-head which is designed to turn a fastener in one direction only."

Notes to answerer
Asker: No, it's definately not a valve of any kind. It is something that is fitted into an electric drill to assemble parts on formwork.

Asker: Thanks very much for your help. I can't find anything except shut off valve either. But it doesn't seem like something that would be fitted into an electric drill. I'll check it with the client.

Asker: Thanks so much for all your help. I'm still not sure about the shut off valve, because there are no gases or liquids in formwork installation, but I will see what the client says.
