أخي العزيز الأمين،
يستخدم بعض المترجمين عبارة التعريب وبعضهم عبارة التوطين للدلالة على مصطلح واحد هو Localization
لذا أرى ترجمة تعبير "إن التعريب -أو التوطين اللغوي- " ب "Localization is..."

قد يرى البعض ترجمة التعريب ب Arabization وهذا صحيح ولكنه يصلح في السياقات الخاصة عندما نتحدث عن التوطين في اللغة العربية وحدها، أما وإننا نتحدث عن التوطين عموماً باعتباره نهجاً أو أسلوباً فأرى الاكتفاء ب Localization حتى تعم كل لغات الأرض لأن Arabization قاصرة على العربية وحدها.
