Gratificación por atril

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Law: Taxation & Customs Mexican tax document
I'm translating a "comprobante de percepciones y deducciones" for a public servant in Mexico, and among the various items detailing revenue, bonuses, taxes, social security contributions, etc. there is an item called "Gratificación por atril". I have been unable to find any reference to this online and the only translation I'm aware of for "atril" is a lectern, or some similar piece of furniture. Can anyone shed any light on what this might be?

No one officially answered It seems the question is resolve and answered, but no one can be awarded KudoZ points if no one officially submits an Answer. I wish I could claim it, but it seems someone who participated in the discussion should do so.

I did contact the agency but they've given me minimal information, other than the person is a musician, so I don't have much to go on. They suggested it could be something to do with a performance fee/bonus so I'll just have to go with that. Thanks again!
Sandro Tomasi Jul 15, 2021:
It may very well be Performance, but it may not. Maybe musicians are responsible for their own music stands for rehearsals or maybe the bonus is for simply attending rehearsals. We would have to delve further to see what atril actually corresponds with.
Mark Harris (asker) Jul 15, 2021:
Thanks so much for all your help! I was lost with this one. I went with "Performance bonus" since it seemed general enough and essentially described what they were referring to I think.

Many thanks for the link Octavio as well, because it actually helped me resolve another query I had on the same project.
Sandro Tomasi Jul 15, 2021:
I think Octavio is correct to call it a bonus.

As far as atril, lectern is correct if it is for someone giving a speech or reading poetry, but music stand is the term used for this context.

Music-stand bonus may be too literal, but in the absence of further information it may be the best option.

Performance fee?
Octavio Armendariz Jul 15, 2021:
Gratificaion por atril This type of bonus appears to apply to orchestra musicians that are employed by the Mexican government. See PDF https://legislacion.edomex.gob.mx/sites/legislacion.edomex.g... Run a search for atril and yyou will find the reference. There is a list of bonuses for the various instruments in an orchestra.
Stuart and Aida Nelson Jul 15, 2021:
Reward / Reimbursement for event (lectern) I have found that atril is used in connection with events, see below:

Por tanto, en la organización de eventos, en el caso de que los discursos sean una parte de nuestro cronograma, tengamos en cuenta la opción de usar el atril no sólo como parte del atrezzo o utilería, como si de un decorado teatral se tratase el evento, si no que deberemos considerarlo como elemento de apoyo a la comunicación.

Would this match your context?

Bonus for music stand

"Gratificación" means bonus, "atril" can mean music stand, the guy claiming his deductions is a government employed musician, the government gives bonuses for music stands, voilá. I got this from the discussion, but none of them submitted an Answer.
