Hi there,

In the context of Common Food policy (see extract below), I have translated into French "it would pay for itself" as "et cela règlerait ces problèmes de coûts/failles coûteuses". Thanks for other translations more appropriate you may suggest.

"A Common Food Policy would bring these costly inefficiencies to an end by changing the way rules are made: it would be crafted to unite the various policies, establish common goals, and avoid compromises and hidden costs (so-called externalities). In other words, it would bring great benefit to people and the planet, and it would pay for itself."

Asker: Merci Samuel pour cette réponse et le lien. C'est bien bizarre car tout le texte à traduire en français figure sur la page du lien??? Malheureusement, Proz.com vient de me notifier que l'outsourcer est un scam. J'ai donc contacté ma banque pour bloquer tout prélèvement frauduleux et suspect.
