agree Kitty Brussaard : Spot on! Using 'visceuze' instead of 'stroperige' would be another good option. / Oeps, ik zie nu pas dat de officiële spelling 'viskeus' is. Weer wat geleerd.

Dank je, Kitty. Visceuze of viskeuze zou idd ook nog kunnen (maar heeft niet mijn voorkeur).
agree Barend van Zadelhoff : Waarschijnlijk juist (omdat aardolie een stroperige vloeistof is) maar geen relevante hits voor "densely-flowing" + "petroleum" i.t.t. talrijke relevante hits voor "viscous" + "petroleum". So usually 'stroperig' but not 'densely-flowing' :-)
