I don't understand that phrase in this context (an ILO report on youth employment policy in Argentina):

En relación con las prestaciones, las acciones generalmente incluyen una ayuda económica y la posibilidad de realizar prácticas laborales y participar en acciones de formación (a través de cursos o en puestos de trabajo).

In terms of the services, the actions generally include economic support and the possibility of participating in hands-on training and other training activities (courses and...)
