Mi intento era algo como: acting as a representative specified herein.

pero yo le pondría algo más de información, "acting as a representative whose details are specified herein".

... with therein being a good way to say "en el mismo", which refers to the "apartado 1 del Anexo al presente Contrato" (Clause 1 of the Appendix of this agreement). You thought apartado meant paragraph? So did I, but then ... does an Appendix of an agreement have paragraphs as the topmost level of the order governing the individual "layers" of contractual provisions? I doubt it.

Acting and appearing are similar, but they are not 100% the same thing from a legal perspective.

By the way, appearing tends to be rendered as "que comparece" rather than "que interviene". "El/la compareciente" is the party appearing.

Is the clumsy adjective representative needed here? I think so, as it is possible to just act on your own behalf in a legal transaction (represent yourself, as it were), but I am not 100% sure.
