El Proyecto GTR solicita los servicios de consultoría para diseñar el sistema de monitoreo y evaluación del proyecto GTR .

En este escrito hacemos de su conocimiento e invitamos a consultores individuales elegibles a presentar su carta de intención con información que indique que están calificados para proporcionar los servicios de esta consultoría; a más tardar el día 07 de agosto hasta las 02 PM como hora límite.

La carta deberá ir acompañada de su CV con descripción y soporte de experiencias similares a las requeridas para esta consultoría.

No sé pero me parece en este contexto no cabería una traducción literal (letter of intent) puesto que inglés ésta tiene otro significado, más bien considero que debería traducirlo como proposal???
