Nie mam dokładniejszych informacji, co ów przełom ma oznaczać. Wiem jedynie, że w czasie prób leku na WZW u niektórych pacjentów wystąpił przełom, a u innych nie. Ci, u których przełom wystąpił, wymagają dalszych obserwacji i ustalenia dalszego sposobu postępowania. To była na pewno zmiana (podejrzewam zmniejszenie wiremii, ale nie mam 100% pewności), ale czy znają Państwo bardziej odpowiednie wyrażenie?
