Slush is a finely ground granita - it's not as smooth as a sorbet though. The effect is that of a granita that has started to thaw.

As you have both granita and slush together here, you could distinguish between them by saying coarsely ground and finely ground or something similar.
Slush is a finely ground granita - it's not as smooth as a sorbet though. The effect is that of a granita that has started to thaw.
