Celem Konwencja Nowojorstka jest ułatwienie dochodzenie roszczenia alimentacyjnego, które uprawniony(np. dziecko) przebywający na terenie obszarze jednej z państw będących stroną konwencji może wysunąć przeciwko zobowiązanemu (np. rodzic) przebywającemu na terenie innego państwa będącego stroną konwencji.

Moje pytanie brzmi czy Konwencja Nowojorska ma angielską nazwę. Jak tak to bardzo proszę o pomoc.
