Hi Lorena, I also thought of "costo adicional" or "costo suplementario", but I'm not sure. This is my version so far, although I don't like it at all: "Si necesita seguro para un viaje que incluye vuelos de ..., no existe límite de edad alguno para adquirir una póliza de viaje único. Sin embargo, cualquier persona asegurada de 65 años de edad o más estará sujeta al pago doble de la franquicia de acuerdo con las cláusulas de cancelación e interrupción, gastos médicos y de tratamiento y abandono del viaje de la póliza."
